The #36 MCL Pit Crew has been working this week... This past

Saturday we attended theSaturday practice at WIR... lots of little bugs

worked out of the car and overall we were happy with the handling and

the times we set with 2 new tires... we still are searching for a bit more

speed for qualifying... but we are pretty confident the car was in good

form for racing in a pack. We were turning 19.8 second laps with the 2

new tires and 2 VERY used tires from last season... our average time

from last season was in the 19.8's...so we are in the ballpark...

hopefully with 4 new tires on Thursday we get down to the 19.6's...

we will find out shortly... :)

Sunday and Monday the crew moved out of the storage building and a

shop we were borrowing from a good friend Reese Busjahn of CLS

Custom Laminating Specialists... Most of our "stuff" has now been put

into the new shop at mine and Susie's home. Still needs some much

needed cleaning and organizing... but it's all in there. TONIGHT is our

first shop night at the new place... Very exciting... :)

This coming Thursday May 27th is opening night at WIR... And it's

COIN DROP night for the kids... Kids need to be down by the track

near the flag stand by 6:30-6:45...

Lots of hard work by J&S Design to

get us a GREAT autograph card for this season...They are at the

printer right now... but I have attached the proofs of the front and back

for you! Enjoy!!! Thanks Jason!!! We are goin BIG this year...

bumping up from our standard 8.5 x 11 cards to a new TWICE as

big... "small poster" size of 11x17... to help promote our sponsors and

get them as much recognition as possible... without their support none

of this would be possible...
